Despite these unprecedented and uncertain times, the partner recruitment market is still showing signs of activity. As always, those with portable clients and specialist skills are in demand. Our Partner Moves brochure sets out what to expect when making a move as a partner. It looks at remuneration within the different levels of partnership, the process itself (including CV and Business Plan preparation), interviews, negotiations, and exiting your current firm.

Referral Scheme

We hope that you feel able to recommend gmk to friends and colleagues because of the quality of our service, however as an extra incentive we also operate a referral scheme.

As a token of our appreciation if you refer a candidate to us who we place in a permanent position at a salary of £100k+, we will give you £2,000 worth of vouchers of your choice. For salaries £60k-100k it will be £1,500, and below £60k it will be £1,000. Contract or temp roles pro rata.

Just ask them to mention your name when they contact us!

Terms and conditions
  • The gift amount will be awarded 12 weeks after the referee has commenced their new role.
  • To participate in this scheme candidates must mention they were referred to us by you when they first contact us.
  • If the referred candidate is already on our database and has been contacted by us in the last six months, the referral will not qualify as part of the scheme.
  • For temporary placements, the gift amount due is pro rated according to the period of time they are retained by the firm.
