We have an effective business model combining both client and candidate ownership. An individual consultant is assigned to each client to get to know its business and take responsibility for satisfying its recruitment needs. Candidates are also assigned to an individual consultant to represent them in their search. This enables us to provide candidates of the highest calibre, as we have spent time getting to know them, listening to them and actively sourcing the best and most suitable positions for them.

As we generate a huge amount of loyalty amongst our candidates with c50% of the candidates we place coming from recommendations and referrals, many of the candidates we submit will be dealing with us exclusively.

Referral Scheme

We hope that you feel able to recommend gmk to friends and colleagues because of the quality of our service, however as an extra incentive we also operate a referral scheme.

As a token of our appreciation if you refer a candidate to us who we place in a permanent position at a salary of £100k+, we will give you £2,000 worth of vouchers of your choice. For salaries £60k-100k it will be £1,500, and below £60k it will be £1,000. Contract or temp roles pro rata.

Terms and conditions
  • The gift amount will be awarded 12 weeks after the referee has commenced their new role.
  • To participate in this scheme candidates must mention they were referred to us by you when they first contact us.
  • If the referred candidate is already on our database and has been contacted by us in the last six months, the referral will not qualify as part of the scheme.
  • For temporary placements, the gift amount due is pro rated according to the period of time they are retained by the firm.
