Corporate / PE Associates – Major City Firm

The impressive Corporate Practice at this leading City firm has openings for a general Corporate M&A lawyer and a Private Equity specialist. Both are at the 3-5pqe level and require excellent experience from comparable firms. The more general role covers large scale private M&A, joint ventures, and reorganisations for clients in sectors such as FS, life sciences, Tech, and Transportation. The firm has a significant international profile and most transactions reflect this. Applicants should be self starters with drive and purpose. Comp c£112-130k plus bonus and benefits.

Referral Scheme
